• 1 package of Jimmy Dean Italian sausage, browned and drained

• 24 ounces beef broth

• 24 ounces chicken broth

• 1 can of crushed Italian tomatoes or petite diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning

• Half jar of any spaghetti sauce

Combine all ingredients in a stock pot and add lasagna noodles that are broken into bite size pieces. Cook until the noodles are soft. Add a small container of heavy whipping cream before serving and mix well. Ricotta and parmesan cheese can be added to make a creamier soup.
