• 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 6 C chicken broth
• 6 C diced potatoes
• 2 C frozen vegetable mix
• 3 tsp basil
• 2 tsp parsley flakes
• Salt & pepper
• 1 1/2 C milk
• 2 Tbsp or more cornstarch
• 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
Cook hamburger and onions and drain. Put all ingredients in a crock pot except milk, cornstarch and cheese. Cook 6-8 hours on low. Whisk milk and cornstarch together and add to crock pot. When mixture thickens, add the cheese until melted.
