5 apples, peeled and sliced

5 Tbsp. sugar

1 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon

3 C. all-purpose flour

1 1/2 C. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. salt

4 eggs, beaten

1 C. oil

2 tsp. vanilla

1/3 C. orange juice

1 1/2 tsp, baking soda

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder


Mix apples with sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients. Grease and flour a large Bundt pan. Mix batter and apple mixture together and pour into the band. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from the pan. A delicious cake that doesn’t need icing.
