• 1 C rice Chex

• 1 C corn Chex

• 1 C pretzels

• 1 C mixed nuts

• 1 C mini club crackers

• 1 C Cheese-its

• 1 C Cheddar cheese flavored pretzel pieces


• 1/2 stick butter, melted

• 1 to 2 Tbsp Tabasco

• 2 Tbsp of your favorite rub

Put Chex, nuts, crackers and pretzel into a large foil pan. Mix butter, Tabasco and rub. Drizzle over Chex mix and stir to coat. Heat smother to 225 degrees. Once smoke is rolling, add Chex mixture to smoker and smoke for one hour, stirring occasionally.  Remove from pans and allow to cool.
