• 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

• 2 Tbsp grated onion

• 1/2 tsp dry mustard

• 4 or 5 drops red pepper sauce

• 4 C shredded Cheddar cheese

• 1/2 tsp paprika

• 1/2 C chopped fresh parsley

• 1/4 C finely chopped nuts

Beat cream cheese, onion, mustard and pepper sauce in a large bow. Mix in cheese and paprika. Divide mixture in half. Cover each half and refrigerate until firm enough to shape. Place cheese mixture on a cookie sheet. Shape each half into a cone or wreath shape. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Press parsley into cheese balls, press walnuts into cheese balls. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with crackers.
