OFN Staff Favorite
• 1 gallon of 2 percent milk
• 1 large package vanilla instant pudding
• 1 C egg substitute
• 1 C sugar
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Combine milk, pudding, egg substitute, and sugar in a large bowl. Mix on high until frothy. Pour into pitcher, cover, and refrigerate until time to serve. Add nutmeg immediately before serving.
