OFN Staff Favorite
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 12 ounces cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/3 C sugar
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 can cherry pie filling
• 1 graham cracker crust
Mix sour cream and 2 Tbsp sugar, then set aside. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add eggs, vanilla, 1/3 C sugar and 1 tsp lemon juice. Beat until well blended and pour into a graham cracker crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and spread sour cream mixture over the tops. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove and allow to cool. Mix the pie filling with the remaining 1 tsp lemon juice. Spread over cooled pie. Refrigerate until well chilled.
