• 1 pound smoked sausages, cut into chunks
• 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced
• 1 green pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 sweet onion, chopped
• 1 foil cooking bag
• 1/4 C Tabasco
• 1 jar (10 ounces) sweet and sour sauce
Place sausage, pepper and onion in the cooking bag. In a small bowl, mix Tabasco and, sweet and sour sauce. Pour over sausage mixture in the bag. Seal tightly. Place foil bag on a grilled heated to medium heat, cook for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. Slit bag open and serve.
