2 pounds ground ham

1 1/2 pounds pork sausage

3 C corn flakes

1 1/2 C milk

3/4 tsp salt

Mix together and form into balls or loaves. Note: Ham and sausage can be ground together at some grocery stores upon request. 

Sauce:

3 Tbsp mustard

1 1/2 C brown sugar

3/4 C vinegar

1/4 C water

Beat together and pour over meatballs or loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn the balls after baking 1 hour.
