Ingredients:

• 1 pound ground beef

• 1/2 C chopped onion

• 1 envelope taco seasoning 

• 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained

• 1 1/4 C milk

• 1/4 C Bisquick baking mix

• 3 eggs

• 2 tomatoes, sliced

• 1 C shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease deep dish pie plate. Brown the ground beef and onion, then drain fat. Stir in seasoning. Spread mixture into pie plate, top with chilies. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour over the beef mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheese.
