Ingredients:

• 1 package (18.25 ounces) angel food cake mix (the-1 step kind)

• 1 can (15 ounces) diced peaches (you can use a 20-ounce can of can of cherries, fruit cocktail, etc.)

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, peaches and juice (do not add water). Mix well. Pour into tube pan or 2 loaf pans or 9-by-13 pan, ungreased. Bake according to directions on cake package. Cool upside down as usual, but put on something that will keep the pans from touching the cabinet top. Make sure it is well done. If desired, serve with a topping. Make peach Jell-O using 1 C boiling water. Cool by stirring a package of frozen peached (diced) into the hot mixture. Let cool until set. Add 2 C Cool Whip and stir. This is a great-tasting, super easy, low fat and low-calorie dessert.
