FILLING

Ingredients:

• 2 C diced rhubarb

• 1 C sugar

• 1 egg, beaten

• 2 Tbsp flour

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 2 Tbsp butter

Directions:

Mix all together and pour into an unbaked pie shell.

CRUMB MIXTURE

Ingredients:

• 3/4 C flour

• 1/2 brown sugar

• 1/2 C butter

Directions:

Combine and crumble over the top of the pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
