• 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

• 1 package (8 ounces) smoked ham, chopped

• 6 eggs

• 1/2 C cold milk

• 1 tsp pepper

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 C shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 C shredded mozzarella cheese


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll dough in a 9-by-13 baking dish. Press to cover bottom of the dish, pressing holes and seams together to seal.  Sprinkle ham over dough. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper until blended; pour over ham. Top with cheeses. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the center is set.
