• 6 Tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Dash kosher salt
• 3 beaten eggs
• 1 jar (12 ounces) sugar-free honey
• 1 C pecans, halves or chopped
• Pie crust, optional
In a large bowl, combine butter, vanilla, salt, eggs and sugar-free honey; mix well. Stir in pecans and pour into a pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray or lined with a pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool completely. Note: Sugar-free honey is not honey, but an artificially flavored. Low-calorie sugar alcohol, usually containing xylitol. Can be found on the jelly isle in stores.
