Ingredients:

• 1 stick butter

• 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese

• 16 ounces sour cream

• 1/2 C Parmesan cheese

• 1 small jar artichokes, chopped

• 1 small box chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Directions:

In large saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter and cream cheese. Add sour cream and Parmesan, stir until smooth. Stir in spinach and artichokes. Add a little salt and pepper to season. Serve hot with chips.
