OFN Staff Favorite
Ingredients:
• 1 pound pork sausage
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 2 Tbsp catsup
• 1 pound Velveeta cheese
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1 loaf rye bread
Directions:
Brown meat and drain excess fat. Add chunks of cheese and melt. Mix in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture on rye bread slices. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Serve warm. To freeze, place prepared hors D’Oevres, place between aluminum foil. When ready to serve, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, or until brown.
