1 can corn

1 can meat-only chili

1 can kidney beans

1 can pinto beans

1 can green beans

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can V8 juice

Salt and pepper

8 ounces Velveta


Empty all ingredients (liquid included), except cheese, into a large pot over high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes to bring all the flavors together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Dice cheese and stir into the soup until melted. Serve immediately.
