Ingredients:
• 5 to 6 Red potatoes, sliced in rounds, skins on
• 1 bell pepper sliced in strips
• 1 onion sliced
• 1 Kielbasa sausage, sliced
• 1 can whole corn
Directions:
Start frying the potatoes in oil. Sauté peppers and onions, and then the sausage. Add the potatoes and corn. Cook over low heat until all ingredients are done.
