• 4 C cooked chicken, deboned and shredded

• 8 ounces cream cheese

• 1 C sour cream

• 1 can diced green chilies

• 8 to 12 flour tortillas

• 1 pound grated mozzarella

• 1/2 C heavy whipping cream

• 1 diced onion, sautéed in butter

• A pinch of cayenne pepper

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• Tabasco, to taste


In a bowl, combine chicken with cream cheese, sour cream, onion and green chilies. Add salt, pepper and Tabasco. On low heat, warm tortillas in an ungreased frying pan. Spoon chicken mixture onto the individual warm tortillas and spread evenly. Roll up the tortillas and place in a baking dish. Once all tortillas are rolled, cover with the grated cheese, then top with the heavy whipping cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
