Crust
Ingredients:
45 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/4 sticks butter, melted
Directions:
Combine and spread into 9-by-13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes. Cool.
Filling
Ingredients:
2 small packages pistachio instant pudding
1/2 C. milk
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Combine and spread over cooled crust. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Topping
Ingredients:
Cool Whip
Chopped Heath or Butterfinger candy bar
Directions:
Spread Cool Whip over frozen dessert, then sprinkle with candy bar pieces. Keep frozen until serving.
