Ingredients:

1 pound of ground beef, browned

1/2 white onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

1 tsp. chili powder

1/2 C. frozen corn

1/2 C. chopped green pepper

1 medium zucchini, chopped

Directions:

Brown beef and drain, if necessary. Add chopped onion, garlic to beef and cook until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook mixture until zucchini is tender. Serve and enjoy.
