Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/4 C. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Brown sugar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. In small custard dishes, add 1/2 tsp. brown sugar, then pour egg mixture. Sprinkle some nutmeg over top. Place dishes into skillet with water about 1-inch up side of dishes. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, cover to cook for 14 minutes. Insert knife if comes out clean then remove from pan. Cool and enjoy.
