Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 pound hamburger
1 quart canned tomatoes or tomato juice
6 carrots, cut into pieces
3 medium potatoes cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
1 C. apple juice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet. Brown hamburger and drain excess fat. Place remaining ingredients in a crockpot and mixt well. Cook on high for six to seven hours
1/4 C. flour and 1/2 C water
Combine and stir until all lumps are gone. Add to crockpot, mix well and cook for 10 to 20 minutes or until sauce thickens.
