Ingredients:

4 C. peeled, sliced apples

1/4 C. orange juice

1 C. sugar

3/4 C. flour

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 C. butter

Pinch salt

Directions:

Mound apples in a buttered pie dish. Sprinkle with orange juice. Combine sugar, flour, slices and salt. Cut in butter and blend until creamy. Spread over apples (by hand) and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until crumb topping is crisp.
