Ingredients:
• 4 C shredded cabbage
• 2 apples, peeled and chopped
• 1/4 C brown sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1/2 C butter
• 1/4 C vinegar
Directions:
Put cabbage in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage. Cover and heat in a microwave oven on high for 7 or 8 minutes, or until cabbage is done. Stir once during the cooking cycle.
