Ingredients:

1 C granulated sugar

1 C powdered sugar

1 C margarine

1 C cooking oil

2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cream of tartar

1 tsp vanilla

4 1/2 C flour

Directions:

Combine the first four ingredients; beat well. Add eggs and beat again. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop small balls of dough on a cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake at 375 degrees until edges are lightly brown.
