Ingredients:

• 1 head lettuce, shredded

• 2 tomatoes, chopped

• 1 small onion, chopped

• 2 C cheddar cheese, shredded

• 1 15-ounce can ranch-style beans, drained

• 1 8-ounce package corn chips

• 1 8-ounce bottle Catalina dressing

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese and beans. Stir in chips and dressing. (Note: It’s best not to add the chips and dressing until ready to serve or the chips will get soggy.)
