INGREDIENTS:
2 cans sweet potatoes, drained
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C water
1 tsp cinnamon
Marshmallows, optional
DIRECTIONS:
In a large sauce pan, cook brown sugar, water and cinnamon to make a syrup. Add sweet potatoes to syrup mixture. Cook until mixture is hot. Transfer to a baking dish and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Top with the optional marshmallows, browning the top.
