INGREDIENTS:
8 to 10 flour tortillas, 10-inch
16 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 bunch green onions, optional
3 Tbsp picante sauce
1 1/4 pounds shaved ham
DIRECTIONS:
Mix cream cheese and sour cream together, add optional onions and sauce. Spread onto tortillas. Place a single layer of ham on top of the mixture. Roll tightly. Wrap with plastic wrap and place in a dish or on a platter, refrigerate overnight. Slice and serve.
