1 pie crust

2 C heavy cream

1 C sugar

1 C half and half

2 egg yolks

1 1/2 tsp vanilla


1/4 tsp, or more to taste, nutmeg

dash salt

1/3 C flour


Mix dry items except cinnamon. Add heavy cream, mix well.

In separate bowl, whisk egg yolks, half and half, vanilla. Combine two bowls slowly and gently, blend well. Pour in unbaked pie shell, sprinkle generously with cinnamon, I add sugar to, melt butter and paint edges of pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes. Center needs to jiggle and toothpick come out clean. Cool completely before serving.
