INGREDIENTS:
3 Tbsp margarine
1/4 C flour
1 C chicken broth
1 C milk
Cooked chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Heat margarine and blend in flour. Stir in chicken broth and milk, cook into a smooth sauce, stirring constantly. Season with salt and add chicken. Heat mixture. Serve over rice or biscuits.
