INGREDIENTS:
1 large can whole chilies
1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese
3 eggs
2 C milk
1/2 C flour
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Split chilies and layer on bottom of greased 9-by-13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over chilies. Beat eggs until foamy, add milk, salt and flour. Pour mixture over chilies and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
