20 slices of bread with crust removed

3 ounces blue cheese

8 counces cream cheese

4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

20 spears of canned asparagus

3/4 to 1 C melted butter


Flatten bread with a rolling pin. Blend cheeses until smooth. Add Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly. Spread evenly on each slice of bread. Drain asparagus and dry. Roll each spear ino one slice of bread. Dip in butter. Place seam down in the rimmed cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 mintes, or until brown. Cut into thirds and serve.
