INGREDIENTS:
2 16-ounce cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 C chopped onion
3/4 C mayonnaise
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 C chopped water chestnuts
1 1/2 C butter-flavored cracker crumbs
1/2 C melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
Combine mixed vegetables, onions, mayonnaise, cheese and
water chestnuts in a large bowl, mix well and spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
