16 pounds chicken tenders (cooked)
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 C finely chopped purple onion
2 1/2 to 3 C finely chopped celery
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 to 1 1/2 quarts mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut chicken into small pieces; add all other ingredients, with mayonnaise being last. Serve on a bed of lettuce with grapes, apples, pineapple chunks or other fresh fruit.
