3 C cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 C sugar
1/3 C evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick soft margarine

Combine all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish

Topping
1 C brown sugar
1/3 C flour
1 C chopped pecans
1/3 stick soft margarine

Combine topping ingredients and spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
