History: “Chupp Implement Company has been in business for 62 years. Bill Chupp is the current owner and his dad started the company in Pryor, where it still is today. The company makes a point of keeping a big inventory, and if we don’t have it, we will get it. Chupp Implement represents top-quality products so people know they can trust us and our brands.”
Products and Services: “I have worked for Chupp Implement as a salesman for the past three years. The company sells new Holland and Massey Ferguson farm equipment. I like the personal service that we can provide to our customers. The majority of the business is tractors of 100 hp or less and haying equipment. We do some tillage equipment and other pieces but the majority is the haying business.
What has been Chupp Implement’s secret to success?
“To be successful you have to recognize that you need the customer and treat them well. This includes calling them by name and treating them as a friend, which they do become through time. This philosophy creates repeat business and a relationship that is profitable to both the customer and the business.”
