Ingredients:

• 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese

• 1 package (1 ounce) dry ranch dressing mix

• 1 C shredded Colby jack cheese

• 3 ounces real bacon bits or fried bacon, crumbled

Directions:

Soften cream cheese and mix until slightly whipped. Add packet of ranch dressing and mix well. Fold in shredded cheese. Form cream cheese mixture into a ball and roll in bacon bits. Wrap cheese ball in plastic and chill in refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
