• 1 C milk

• 1 C sugar

• 3 Tbsp cornstarch

• Dash of salt

• 1/2 tsp lemon flavoring

• 3 egg yolks

• 1/3 C lemon juice

• 1/4 C butter

• 1 C sour cream

Combine milk and sugar, beat in egg yolks. Add salt, lemon juice, flavoring and cornstarch and beat well. Cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool completely. Stir in sour cream, pour into baked pie crust and top with cool whip.
