• 1 lemon cake mix
• 1 C apricot nectar
• 3/4 C oil
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 C sugar
• 2 C pecans
Icing:
• 1 C powdered sugar
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Mix cake ingredients for 2 minutes and pour into Bundt pan. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Turn cake onto cake plate while warm. Mix the icing ingredients together and pour over the cake while hot.
