• 1 lb ground chuck

• 8 ounce can of mushrooms, drained

• 2 packages of frozen spinach or broccoli, lightly cooked and drained

• 1 C sour cream

• 1 can of condensed cream of celery soup

• 1 tsp garlic salt

• 1/2 tsp pepper

• 5 tsp minced onion

• 6 ounce package sliced mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Brown beef and mushroom and drain. Spoon into a two-quart casserole dish.  Stir in spinach, soup, sour cream, garlic salt, pepper and minced onion. Cut cheese into strips and put on top of casserole. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes.
