• 1 box of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (6 cakes, any flavor)
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 C white chocolate melting wafers, white chocolate chips or almond bark
• Holiday sprinkles for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, crumble the tree cakes. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until fully combined and smooth. Scoop about 1 Tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place each ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Freeze the cake balls for 20-30 minutes or until firm.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 20 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and creamy.
Using a fork, dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the coated cake ball back on the parchment lined baking sheet. Immediately add holiday sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
