• 6 eggs
• 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp cream of tarter or baking powder
• 1/2 C water
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Enough flour that dough is not sticky
Combine all ingredients to make dough roll flat, cut and allow the noodles to try on a flour sack cloth. Note: This recipe has been handed down verbally in the family for many years.
