Great for using leftover turkey and makes a quick meal.
Ingredients:
• 1 2/3 C hot water
• 1 package Stove Top Stuffing Mix, turkey flavor
• 1 1/4 pounds turkey cut into bite-sized pieces
• 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1/3 C sour cream
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine hot water and stuffing mix; stir until moistened. Place turkey pieces in a 9-by-13 baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream until blended and pour it over the turkey. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
