Ingredients:

• 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened

• 1 C pumpkin

• 1/2 C brown sugar

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• 1/4 tsp nutmeg

• 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a baked pie shell. Top with pecans and freeze. To serve, dip knife into hot water, then cut the frozen pie.
