3 egg whites

1 C. sugar

Beat the egg whites and slowly add in sugar. Beat until stiff.

12 2-inch squares of saltine crackers, crushed

1/2 C. pecans, chopped

1/2 C. coconut

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. baking powder

Fold ingredients into egg and sugar mixture. Spread combined mixture into a 9-by-9 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with Cool Whip and sliced bananas. Refrigerate until served.
