Ingredients:
1 C self-rising flour
1 C sugar
1 C milk
1 stick butter (or substitute)
1 can cooked or 1 quart fresh peaches, juice and all
*when using fresh peaches add 1/4 cup of water.
Directions:
Cut butter into pieces, about teaspoon, size in a 9-by-9 square pan. Mix flour, sugar and milk then pour over butter. Pour peaches over batter and cook 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
