INGREDIENTS:

5 C popped popcorn

1/2 C sugar

1/2 C white corn syrup

1/2 C crunchy peanut butter

1/2 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Keep popcorn crispy in a 300-degree oven. Combine sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a rolling boil, then remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla and imminently pour over warm popcorn. Gently mix to coat. Form mixture into six balls and allow to cool. Note: Using buttered hands works well to form the balls.
