INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 C flour
2 C sugar
3/4 C cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 C vegetable oil
1 C buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 tsp instant coffee
1 C boiling hot water
DIRECTIONS:
Combine dry ingredients; then add the rest. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes in a 13-by-9 pan.
