INGREDIENTS:
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C melted butter
1/2 C light corn syrup
2 eggs
4-5 large sweet potatoes, baked and peeled
TOPPING:
1 C firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 C flour
1/3 C melted butter
1 C chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS:
Mix topping ingredients and set aside. Combine sugar, butter, syrup, eggs and cooled sweet potatoes. Mix until smooth. Spoon mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
